Alpha Daughters of Zion, St. Charles Community Services, St. Charles Sheriff’s Office along with United Way of St. Charles, St. Charles Parish Schools and Blessed To Be A Blessing will sponsor a parishwide youth rally for kids, adolescents, young adults and parents on July 30 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
This event will be held at the Edward A. Dufresne Community Center, 274 Judge Edward Dufresne Parkway, Luling. The event is free. The public is invited and the theme is “Making Positive Choices in the Game of Life.”
School supplies, door prizes, indoor and outdoor fun activities, food, drinks, snowballs and special guest entertainers will be provided. Sessions will focus on the importance of education, bullying, social media, conflict resolution and growing up girls and boys.
