Madilyn Anne Durapau was born on Jan. 8, 2010 to parents Brian Durapau and Cecille Durapau of Raceland.
Her grandparents are Robert Durapau and Leona Durapau of Norco and Nancy Bourg of Raceland.
She joins her sisters Makayla Durapau, 13, and Makensey Durapau, 11.
Her great-grandparents are Andrew Verdin and Odelia Verdin of Galliano. Her God parents are Keith Durapau of Eunice and Cathy Bourg of Raceland.
Madilyn was born one month early and came home on Jan. 18.
Her parents chose the name Madilyn because the spiritual connotation is “prayerful” and our family, church family and friends were consistent in praying with the Durapaus before and after Madilyn was born.
