This week’s St. Charles Humane Society’s showcase pet is Prancer. “Prancer is 7 year-old Maltese who has had a rough life which he proved he was a survivor of severe neglect. He is quite a boy who does very well riding in a car, walking on a leash and he loves cats.
Prancer is a great lap dog and loves to snuggle. He says he is wearing a green bow because he is all wrapped up and ready to go to a home he can call his very own. Prancer even told Santa all he wants for Christmas is his very own place to live and to have someone love him forever,” said Jackie Boudreaux, president of the Humane Society.
The shelter is at 921 Rue Cannes in Luling.
