This week’s St. Charles Humane Society’s showcase pet is Nina.“Nina is a 1-year-old female tabby and quite a lovable and laid-back cat. If you want a couch potato then Nina is the one for you. She is a gentle kitty who very much needs a home as her stay in the shelter has been a long one. Nina will love you forever. All she needs is a chance to have a home. All cat-kitten adoptions are $10 currently. The shelter opens every week day and on Saturdays 8 a.m. – noon, ” said Jackie Boudreaux, president of the Humane Society.
