This week’s Humane Society showcase pet is Blackie, a 7-month-old female lab.
“Blackie loves people and thrives on entertaining you,” said Jackie Boudreaux, President of the Humane Society. “She is very gentle, sweet and has a great personality.”
In addition to Blackie, the Humane Society said there are plenty of great pets at the shelter whose only wish is to have a home. The shelter is located at 921 Rue Cannes in Luling. For more information on pet adoptions, call (985) 783-5010.
