This week’s St. Charles Humane Society’s showcase pet is Ava the dog.
“Ava is a 5 month-old female pit bull mix who will remain a small dog. She is super sweet, very friendly and will entertain you with her playfulness. Ava dreams of a forever home and hopes you will come by the shelter to meet her,” said Jackie Boudreaux, president of the Humane Society.
The shelter is at 921 Rue Cannes in Luling.
