Shelby and Theresa Dufrene recently celebrated their 60th wedding anniversary by dining at Sal’s 90 West restaurant in Boutte with their three daughters Beverly (Jeanie) Morgan, Ramona Adams and Carlette Dufrene along with two of their sons-in-law Lionel Adams and Ricky Gaubert.
A day later the couple continued the celebration with a crab boil at their home with their daughters, sons-in-law, five grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.
Shelby and Theresa are lifelong residents of Des Allemands and feel very blessed to have such a wonderful family.
The couple also share a son, Steve, who passed away in 1998 and are expecting a third great-great-grandchild.
