The St. Charles Parish Council and Parish President V.J. St. Pierre recently recognized Raymond Coleman, of Memphis, Tenn., for land donations for the greater good of the community of Killona.
Coleman is the owner of 3C Riverside Properties LLC, which owns properties located throughout the mid-south region, with major landholdings in St. Charles Parish.
The company has donated more than 9.5 acres of land for the Killona Park, including an additional donation to accommodate a upcoming community center building.
Coleman has also supported the community in other ways, including the donation of more than 8 acres of land for the construction of a church and cemetery.
