2019 Louisiana Association of Fairs and Festivals crowns queen

was crowned as the first Alligator Festival Queen in August and went on to represent the local festival during the 2019 Louisiana Association of Fairs and Festivals Convention at the Crowne Plaza in Baton Rogue.

On Feb. 23, Kristal Breaux of Bayou Gauche was crowned the 2019 Louisiana Association of Fairs and Festivals queen. Breaux was crowned as the first Alligator Festival Queen in August and went on to represent the local festival during the 2019 Louisiana Association of Fairs and Festivals Convention at the Crowne Plaza in Baton Rogue.

The pageant had 67 competitors from festivals across the state vying for the coveted title. She will continue to represent the Alligator Festival and Rotary Club of St. Charles Parish in addition to her new role as the LAFF Queen. Her duties will include working with the LAFF board to promote association membership and to promote state tourism.
