Sheriff’s Reports – June 6, 2019

Suspects are innocent until proved guilty in a court of law.

Arrests

• Derrell Gardner, 38, of 1108 Upland St. in St. Rose, was arrested May 31 and charged with obstruction of justice, possession of drug paraphernalia, false certificate, possession of marijuana, evidence of insurance and display of temporary registration.
• Tashawn Cannon, 18, of 339 King St. in Hahnville, was arrested May 30 and charged with possession of stolen firearm.
• Shyana Raymond, 18, of 10 Patricia Court in Luling, was arrested May 29 and charged with second degree battery.
• Donald McMillion, 86, of 825 Fox Lane in St. Rose, was arrested May 29 and charged with indecent behavior with juveniles.
• Charles Pitts Jr., 40, of 900 Paul Fredrick St. in Luling, was arrested May 24 and charged with aggravated battery.
• Kristain Sanders, 21, of 100 Auderer Blvd. in Waveland, Miss., was arrested May 25 and charged with theft and aggrivated battery.

Incidents

• A vehicle was burglarized on Wanda St. in Luling on May 29. A wallet was stolen from the vehicle.
• A vehicle was burglarized at a Lakewood Drive address on May 29. Cologne and a phone charging cable were taken from the vehicle.
