Suspects are innocent until proved guilty in a court of law
Arrests
• Richard Mizell, 57, of 259 Carolyn Drive in Destrehan, was arrested Sept. 22 and charged with illegal possession of stolen things and theft. He had an attachment.
• Lisa Rando, 56, of 4439 Hwy. 90 in Des Allemands, was arrested Sept. 24 and charged with aggravated burglary and simple criminal damage to property.
• Guino Emmanuel, 56, of 471 Alexander Street in Boutte, was arrested Sept. 24 and charged with illegal possession of stolen things and traffic violation.
• Ahmad Morris, 20, of 214 Union Street in Montz, was arrested Sept. 23 and charged with transactions involving proceeds from CDS activity, illegal carrying of weapon in presence of CDS, possession with intent to distribute marijuana and traffic violation.
• Gabriel Aysen, 20, of 607 North Hullen in Metairie, was arrested Sept. 25 and charged with possession of methamphetamine and possession or distribution of drug paraphernalia.
