Arrests
• Jerry Celestine, 28, of 1108 Paul Fredrick Street in Luling, was arrested Feb. 24 and charged with battery of a dating partner – child endangerment.
• Jerrell McGown, 29, of 317 Wright Avenue, was arrested February 25 and charged with obstruction of justice, reckless operation without accident, possession of marijuana, flight from an officer, resisting an officer and traffic violation.
• Mauricio Arreola-Cruz, 35, of 2841 Richland Street in Kenner, was arrested Feb. 24 and charged with domestic abuse battery/strangulation.
• Charles Jones, 49, of 148 E 139th Street in Galliano, was arrested February 19 and charged with domestic abuse battery – child endangerment.
• Cherryland Turner, 49, of 1813 Katrina Lane in Lancaster, Texas, was arrested Feb. 19 and charged with battery of a dating partner – child endangerment.
• Derrick Carr, 32, of 17 Holster Lane in St. Rose, was arrested Feb. 19 and charged with unauthorized entry of an inhabited dwelling. He was a fugitive with an attachment.
• Jerome Scott II, 46, of 219 Killona Drive in Killona, was arrested Feb. 19 and charged with theft from a building. He was a fugitive with an attachment.
• Brandon Handy, 23, of 21548 E Prevost Lane in Loranger, was arrested Feb. 20 and charged with illegal possession of stolen things, reckless operation without accident, resisting an officer and traffic violation.
• Volodymyr Dorogobid, 38, of 193 Marcus Garvy in Brooklyn, NY, was arrested Feb. 21 and charged with unlawful use of an unmanned aircraft system (three counts) and obstruction of justice –evidence tampering.
• Tigran Avetisyan, 39, of 2007 Fulton Street in Brooklyn, was arrested Feb. 21 and charged with unlawful use of an unmanned aircraft system (three counts) and obstruction of justice –evidence tampering.
