Sheriff’s Report: March 22 – 28

Arrests

• Michael Pierre, 38, of 160 Boutte Estates St. in Boutte, was arrested March 15 and charged with possession of cocaine, no insurance, suspended driver’s license, expired motor vehicle insurance, renewal registration and obstruction of justice.
• Dominick Ditchard III,52, of 209 Panther Run Drive in Destrehan, was arrested March 15 and charged with violation of protective order (second offense).
• Chase Denny, 21, of 5036 Craig Ave. in Kenner, was arrested March 8 and charged with signal lamps required, license suspended, fugitive from another agency, possession with intent to distribute marijuana, use of a firearm with a CDS, transactions involving drug proceeds and possession of drug paraphernalia.
• Warren Sumlin, 58, of 348 Alexander St. in Boutte, was arrested March 8 and charged with possession of “crack” cocaine.
• Brandon Arm-strong, 27, of 436 Mockingbird Lane in St. Rose, was arrested March 5 and charged with aggravated battery, simple criminal damage to property valued $500-$50,000, unauthorized entry of inhabited dwelling, domestic abuse battery, resisting an officer, speeding, resisting arrest by flight, resisting an officer, driving license suspended, no insurance and vehicle without inspection sticker.
• Daren Pfister, 24, of 4024 Highway 90 in Des Allemands, was arrested March 5 and charged with second degree battery.
• Aaron Knight, 32, of 837 Fox Lane in St. Rose, was arrested March 5 and charged with aggravated battery.
• Iranisha Williams, 19, of 302 East Club Drive in St. Rose, was arrested march 5 and charged with aggravated battery.
• Theresa Frachtling, 35, of 13468 Hwy. 90 in Boutte, was arrested March 19 and charged with prostitution.
• Alphonse Marshall, 40, of 307 River Oaks Drive in Destrehan, was arrested Feb. 14 and charged with false imprisonment.
• Kristie Johnson, 44, of 362 Museville Road in Pinehook, VA, was arrested March 14 and charged with simple burglary.
• Louis Dusang, 44, of 145 Vickers Lane in Montz, was arrested March 13 and charged with rabies vaccine required (three counts), pit bull registration (three counts), and breeder registration required. He had three attachments.
• Adam Morales, 35, of 218 Ellington Ave. in Luling, was arrested March 13 and charged with possession with intent to distribute heroin and possession of drug paraphernalia.
• Starr Lewis, 24, of 155 Ridge Road in Des Allemands, was arrested March 13 and charged with possession to distribute heroin and possession of drug paraphernalia. She had an attachment.

 Incidents

• An equipment barn located on Highway 631 in Boutte was burglarized on March 8.
• A vehicle was burglarized at a Good Children St. location in Boutte on March 7. A car stereo, speakers and amplifier were stolen.
• A shed was burglarized on Faith St. in Boutte March 6. A pressure washer and drill were stolen.
• Batteries, a battery box, tires and other accessories were stolen from the exterior of a semi-truck parked on 10326 Airline Hwy. in St. Rose on March 6.
• A cell phone was stolen from a location on LA3141 in Killona on March 13.
