St. Charles Parish police are seeking the public’s help in locating a man charged with the first-degree rape of a juvenile. Nikolas Marshall, 19, is being sought by police in connection to a Sept. 22 incident.
His last known addresses were located on Meyers Lane in Des Allemands and Hahn St. in Hahnville. He is a black male, approximately 5’9” and 141 lbs. with short hair.
