Although the Kinler Bellew Realty sign is fairly new, the owners of this family owned business bring extensive experience to their clients.
Janina Kinler-Bellew and Byron Bellew were both agents with Keller Williams Realty for more than 15 years before they opened their own real estate brokerage in 2017.
They specialize in commercial and residential sales, commercial and residential rentals, vacant land, property management and investment properties.
“We focus on helping buyers and sellers in the St. Charles Parish area,” said Byron Bellew. “We also help clients in New Orleans and surrounding areas, but our focus is in St. Charles Parish.”
With Janina’s family being native residents of St. Charles Parish for generations, Bellew said this translates into Kinler Bellew Realty “being experts and very knowledgeable about the housing market” in the parish.
They’re also award-winning agents.
The two have been named Realtor of the Year for the Saints Board of Realtors in 2009 and 2010, and won numerous top awards in production, he said.
They have also been awarded in the Top 5 for several recent years in top sales units for Keller Williams Realty, which has more than 100,000 agents in the U.S. and Canada.
