WESTWEGO – The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers will hold a public meeting to discuss West Bank and vicinity mitigation, proposed refinements to the Lake Cataouatche Levee and to give a Company Canal floodgate construction update. The meeting will be held on Dec. 7 at the Westwego Tassin Senior Center, 701 4th St. in Westwego.
The informational open house will be from 6-6:30 p.m. and the presentation and break-out session is at 6:30 p.m.
