DESTREHAN – Sheriff Greg Champagne invites St. Charles Parish residents to attend Triad Senior Day on Thursday, Oct. 17 from 9:30 a.m.-1 p.m. at the Jerusalem Shrine Center in Destrehan.
The event includes health screenings, giveaways, door prizes, informational resources, lunch and entertainment. Flu shots will be available through St. Charles Community Health Center. There are no out-of-pocket expenses if you bring your Medicare card. Without Medicare the flu shot will be $20. Attendees are asked to bring all unused and expired medications so Triad’s Drug Disposal Program can safely dispose of them, helping to protect you and the environment.
