LULING – An annual forum focusing on emergency housing, immediate employment and empowerment services for ex-convicts within 72 hours of their release will be held on Friday, Oct. 3 from 8 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at St. Anthony of Padua Church located at 234 Angus Drive in Luling.
