St. Charles Parish Library holding folk workshops

The St. Charles Parish Library is offering a folk workshop led by a local contemporary folk artist and an electronics workshop for teens during spring break. Hank Holland, a contemporary folk artist from Lockport, will lead the workshops for students in grades four through eight.

Everyone who attends will create a unique piece of art to take home. He will appear on March 31 at 10 a.m. at the Hahnville Branch, 14996 River Rd. Friday and April 1 at 2 p.m. at the St. Rose Branch, 90 East Club Dr. Space is limited, so register online at www.myscpl.org or by calling library staff at (985) 783-2341.
