LULING – If you are a high school student and need volunteer service hours as a school or organization requirement, have an interest in health care careers or would like to give back to your community, St. Charles Parish Hospital’s Summer Volunteer Program might be an ideal activity to participate in this summer.
Applications are being accepted now. The program is scheduled to begin June 9 and will end Friday, Aug. 8.
Interested teens, ages 15 and older (or 14 and a freshman), are asked to call or email Donna Palahang, volunteer services director, at (985) 785-4258 or dpalahang@stch.net to inquire about the program or to request an application.
