NEW ORLEANS – Soles for Christ, a nine-church walk will take place on Good Friday, April 2, beginning at the Center of Jesus the Lord, 1236 N. Rampart St., New Orleans, at 8 a.m., with live Stations of the Cross and music.
Registration required. Nominal fee includes t-shirt and song booklet. Churches visited are St. Mary, St. Louis Cathedral, St. Patrick, St. Theresa of Avila, St. John the Baptist, Immaculate Conception, Our Lady of Guadalupe (St. Jude Shrine), St. Augustine, and Center of Jesus the Lord.
