DESTREHAN – Sheriff Greg Champagne will be holding his annual Senior Citizens Luncheon on Thursday, April 2 at the Shriners’ Hall on Ormond Boulevard in Destrehan.
All parish seniors are invited to attend. Lunch will be served between 11 a.m. and 11:30 a.m.
Special presentations will be handed out for the oldest female and male along with door prizes. The Shriners’ Dance Band will perform.
Members of the St. Charles Parish Triad will also be on hand with the Triad Disposal Program collecting expired and unused medications for proper and safe disposal. Seniors can bring their medications to the Easter luncheon.
