LULING – R.K. Smith will host its first Empowerment Fair on Saturday, Nov. 6 from noon to 3 p.m. at the school.
The informational event will focus on health, safety and community and will include booths from parish organizations, such as the United Way, St. Charles Parish Hospital and St. Charles Firefighters.
It will coincide with a blood drive that is given each year.
