The St. Charles Parish Council is participating in the Summer Food Service Program. Meals will be provided to all children without charge.All sites will be providing meals starting June 5 and ending on July 13 and will closed on July 4. Lunch will be served from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at the following locations: St. Rose Elementary School, 11082 River Rd.; R. J. Vial Elementary School, 510 Louisiana St.; Norco Elementary School K-3, 102 Fifth St.; Eual J. Landry Alternative, Center 108 Tiger Circle.
