LAPLACE – African-American home remedies will be discussed at the next German-Acadian Coast Historical and Genealogical Society meeting at 7 p.m. on Tuesday, Sept. 23. The presentation will be held in the St. John Parish Library located at 2920 Hwy. 51 in LaPlace.
