Krewe of Lul Mardi Gras parade

LULING – The annual Krewe of Lul Mardi Gras parade will take place on Saturday, March 2 beginning at noon.

The parade is projected to have approximately 25-30 floats in addition to participants including units from the St. Charles Parish Sheriff’s Office, the St. Charles Parish Hospital EMS, trucks from the local fire departments, dance teams, festival queens, horse groups, and the Hahnville High School marching band. As always, the St. Charles Parish Hospital will have the Peanut Butter Truck collecting peanut butter and donations along the route to be donated to the St. Charles Social Concerns Food Bank.

The parade is scheduled to take its traditional route through ‘Old Luling’ and begin at Winnwood Shopping Center, turning right onto Paul Maillard Road (LA 52), River Road (LA 18), Sugarhouse Road, Angus Drive where it will disband on Paul Maillard Rd (LA 52).
