LULING – Luling’s Krewe of Lul parade organization is offering “early-bird” prices for floats – small floats are $200, large floats are $300 – fire department trucks and other units are $25.
Dance groups, marching bands and other participants such as festival queens, homecoming royalty, etc. are of no charge.
