Jambalaya benefit helps Montz girl

NORCO – A jambalaya benefit dinner to help raise money for medical expenses for 12-year-old Lindsey Creasy will be held on March 30 at Norco Elementary School located at 102 Fifth St. in Norco from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m.

Creasy, who was born with neurofibromatosis, will undergo surgery to remove a tumor from her leg and have her foot amputated on April 27. She will also have to wear a prosthetic from the knee down.

Dinners include jambalaya, bread, white beans, salad and a brownie. Cost is $7 per meal.
