BOUTTE- The “Help is Here Express” bus tour will arrive in Boutte on Friday, Feb. 22 outside the offices of the St. Charles Herald-Guide to help uninsured and financially-struggling residents with programs that provide prescription medicines for free or nearly free.
The bus will be parked at 14236 Highway 90 in Boutte from 1 p.m. to 2 p.m.
