HAMMOND – A Christmas Trot for Tripp, a charity fundraiser, will take place on Dec. 11 at 8:30 a.m. at Cate Square Park in Hammond.
The event is a 5k run/walk. There will be refreshments, inflatables from Jump n’ Jive and Dream Jumpers LLC and facepainting for kids. The $20 entry fee includes a t-shirt. Shirts can be bought for a $10 donation if not running race. Strollers and wagons are welcome and people are encouraged to come dressed in their holiday best.
