LULING – The Allemands Elementary Cajun Dancers will be sharing a part of their Cajun heritage as they perform at 10 a.m. Saturday at the German Coast Farmers Market.
This traveling group of second graders perform authentic Cajun dances, handed down from the Acadians of the 18th century. The Farmers Market is open every Saturday morning from 8 a.m. until noon at Ormond Plantation in Destrehan and every Wednesday afternoon from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. at the Winnwood Shopping Center on Paul Maillard Road in Luling.
