American Legion Post 131 will host a Mr. Charlie Oubre Jr. Memorial Blood Drive with the Ochsher Blood Bank on April 13 from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the American Legion Hall, 103 Milling Ave., Luling. Eat a healthy meal prior to donating.
