William Matthews and Caleb Burks, both of Destrehan, competed in the 13U AAU National Championship games that were held in Memphis, Tenn. Their team placed eighth out of the 96 teams that took part in the event. Matthews and Burks were coached by Ryan Burks, also of Destrehan.
