The dance team from St. Charles Borromeo School in Destrehan competed in the Worldwide Spirit Association’s Grand National Competition held at the New Orleans Convention Center the weekend of February 23 and 24.
The Twisters performed their POM and KICK routines were they received high scores to earn 1st place in both. Team member, Cassie Legendre also received 1st place for her solo performance.
