The St. Charles Parish Parks and Recreation Department, working with consultant Wallace Roberts and Todd, recently began preparing a master plan that will allow the parish to better provide for its long-term parks and recreation needs.
As part of the planning process, WRT is currently conducting a survey to identify community attitudes and interests regarding parks and recreation. This information will help the parish determine the need for future parks, green space, recreation facilities and services.
The survey can be found at stcharlesparish-la.gov on the left-hand side of the page under ‘Parks & Rec. Assessment Survey.’
The cutoff date for participating is midnight March 21.
