Mimosa knocks off Bellemeade, 537-424

Several Mimosa swimmers finished on top of the field in their respective divisions to lead their squad to a 537-424 win over Bellemeade.

In the 15-18 age group, Kelsey Perret finished in first in the girls breaststroke, while Vincent Tamplain took home top honors in the 13-14 age group in the breaststroke, backstroke and butterfly.

In the 11-12 age group, Alexis Tamplain also won three first place awards. She cruised past the competition in the backstroke, breaststroke and butterfly. Teammate Caleb Karling also won first in the butterfly for the 11-12 year olds.

Mimosa dominated in the 9-10 age group. Jarrett Phillips won three first place ribbons in the breaststroke, butterfly and backstroke, while Marissa Gibert finished on top in the backstroke and the butterfly.

Rhett Comeaux sped past the competition in the freestyle.

Annemarie McMillan, Vladimir Furl and Ashlyn Hooper were top winners in the 7-8 age group, with McMillan and Furl winning the freestyle and Hooper finishing in first in the breaststroke.

William Reed, Alyssa Liccardi, Reagan Miller and Beau Parker also brought home first-place ribbons in the 6&U division.
