Both Hahnville and Destrehan advanced to the Division 1 girls state soccer playoffs after finishing first and second, respectively, in District 8-1. The Lady Tigers, who won the district championship, received the 12th seed and will face No. 21 Zachary on Friday at 6 p.m. at home. Destrehan drew the 29th seed and will face No. 4 Mt. Carmel on Thursday at 5 p.m. The game will be played at Pan American Stadium in City Park.
