Sheriff’s Report 4-27-2017

Arrests

  • Teddi Knowles, 23, of 315 Kennedy St. in St. Rose, was arrested April 13 and charged with possession of Heroin and possession with intent — drug paraphernalia. She was a fugitive.
  • Paul Wilcox, 32, of 63395 Friendship Church Road in Amite,  was arrested April 13 and charged with possession of Schedule I — amphetamine and obstruction of justice. He had an attachment.
  • Kelayra Wilkens, 29, of 236 Cardinal St. in LaPlace, was arrested April 15 and charged with Schedule II possession of a CDS.
  • Jelena Miller, 41, of 313 Johnson St. in St. Rose, was arrested April 13 and charged with distribution of Schedule II — amphetamine.
  • John Wesco, of 54 Carriage Lane in Destrehan, was arrested April 13 and charged with distribution of CDS Schedule II, operating a vehicle under suspension and license plate illuminated. He had an attachment.
  • Zearl Turk, 25, of 110 Rocks Lane in Boutte, was arrested April 17 and charged with domestic abuse child endangerment, illegal use of CDS in presence of someone under age of 17, possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia.
  • Lakeisha Davis, 20, of 100 Block of Mary St. in Norco, was arrested April 19 and charged with no license, simple criminal damage, simple robbery, theft of motor vehicle and possession of marijuana.
  • Chelsi Matthews, 23, of 722 Paul Maillard Road in Luling, was arrested April 17 and charged with theft up to $750.
  • Jeffrey Clark, 40, of St. Rose, was charged with domestic abuse strangulation.
  • Mark Young, 33, of 235 Post St. in Killona, was arrested April 20 and charged with simple battery and aggravated assault.

Incidents

  • A license plate was stolen from a victim’s vehicle parked on Patricia Court in Luling on April 19.
  • A radar detector was taken from a victim’s vehicle on Milling Avenue in Luling on April 19.
  • A water hose was taken from a victim’s residence on Oak Manor St. in St. Rose on April 18.
  • A GPS, scanner/printer, backpack and sound bar were taken from a vehicle on Ormond Meadows Drive on April 18.
  • A black male subject approximately 5’10 to 6’ tall and appearing to be in his 40s and entered the Paul Maillard Dollar General April 20, stealing several bars of soap.
  • An unknown subject spray painted “R213” on the sides of a utility trailer on West Campus Drive in Destrehan on April 20.
  • A wallet was taken from a bag stored inside of a trailer on River Road in Norco on April 20.
