Arrests
• Albert Scott III, 21, of 302 E. Club Drive in St. Rose, was arrested Aug. 22 and charged with possession of marijuana and use of a firearm with a CDS.
• Mark Day, 50, of 109 Aqueduct Drive in Montz, was arrested Aug. 26 and charged with possession of SCH IV CDS to wit Lorezepam. He was a fugitive.
• Cherice McDonald, 45, of 109 Aqueduct Drive in Montz, was arrested Aug. 26 and charged with distribution of SCH IV CDS to wit Lorezepam.
• Gary Johnson, 21, of 805 E. Easy St. in New Sarpy, was arrested Aug. 29 and charged with distribution of SCH I CDS to wit marijuana, possession with intent to distribute a SCH I CDS marijuana, failure to utilize a turn signal and disregarding a stop sign.
• Cathy Frickey, 59, of 325 Post St. in Luling, was arrested Aug. 28 and charged with aggravated battery and simple battery.
• Elvis Navarro-Symns, 21, of 1602 Jackson Keller Road in San Antonio, Texas, was arrested Aug. 24 and charged with simple burglary of an inhabited dwelling, two counts of simple burglary and criminal trespass. He was a fugitive.
