Arrests
• Nathan Banegas, 23, of 10950 Jefferson Hwy., was arrested on Oct. 4 and charged with DWI and reckless operation of a motor vehicle.
• Dayne Voisin, 20, of 106 Voisin Court in Dulac, was arrested Oct. 4 and charged with DWI and reckless operation of a motor vehicle.
• Jesus Rivera, 35, of 3682 Grand Calliou Road in Houma, was arrested Oct. 4 and charged with DWI and driving without a license.
• Eric Davis, 37, of 251 Woodrow Pate Road in Evergreen, Ala., was arrested Oct. 4 and charged with DWI, reckless operation of a motor vehicle and having an open container of alcohol in vehicle.
• Matthew Smith, 23, of 33 Brandon Hall in Destrehan, was arrested Sept. 30 and charged with DWI.
• Jeremy Simoneaux, 30, of 6305 4th Street in Marrero, was arrested Oct. 5 and charged with DWI, driving without a license and reckless operation of a motor vehicle.
• Nathaniel Stream, 34, of 330 Woodland Dr. in Boutte, was arrested Oct. 6 and charged with oral sexual battery.
• Jeremy Levanda, 34, of 106 Stanton Hall Dr. in Destrehan, was arrested Oct. 2 and charged with simple burglary of an inhabited dwelling, theft of items valued less than $750 and criminal trespass.
• Anthony Chighizona, 19, of 367 Buttercup Dr. in Waggaman, was arrested Sept. 30 and charged with two counts of burglary of a movable and theft of a motor vehicle.
• Terron Ingram, 44, of 158 Boutte Estates Dr., was arrested Sept. 30 and charged with simple burglary of an inhabited dwelling.
• Ricky LaGrange, 37, of 444 Turtle Creek Lane in St. Rose, was arrested Oct. 1 and charged with false imprisonment with armed weapon and simple criminal damage under $4,500.
• Jamie Lynn Toney, 35, of 319 Kirk Dr. in Paradis, was arrested Sept. 29 and charged with aggravated battery.
• Charles Hebert, 38, of 319 Kirk Dr. in Paradis, was arrested Sept. 29 and charged with aggravated battery.
• Jamie Williamson, 41, of 408 Willowdale Blvd. in Luling, was arrested Sept. 28 and charged with aggravated battery.
• Tawasha Gordon, 33, of 1371 Paul Fredrick St. in Luling, was arrested Sept. 28 and charged with issuing worthless check over $500 and has a SCSO attachment.
• Theresa Musso, 31, of 1207 Brown Rd. in Denham Springs, was arrested Oct. 7 and charged with theft of items valued between $5,000 and $24,999 and has a SCSO attachment.
• Aaron Brown, 42, of 341 Magnolia Ridge Rd. in Boutte, was arrested Oct. 6 and charged with seconddegree battery and simple battery.
• Nicholas Cockerham, 23, of 436 Turtle Creek Ln. in St. Rose, was arrested Oct. 9 and charged with being principle to the distribution of a schedule I controlled dangerous substance to wit marijuana.
• Jorge Rivas-Lopez, 25, of 110 Louis the First St. in Luling, was arrested Oct. 9 and charged with DWI, reckless operation, open container and driving without a license.
• Derryl Duhe, 45, of 827 Milling Ave. in Luling, was arrested Oct. 10 and charged with DWI.
• Michael Smith, 20, of 668 Ronson Dr. in Kenner, was arrested Oct. 11 and charged with DWI, failure to maintain proper control of vehicle, resisting an officer, battery on a police officer, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
• Michel Mauer, 49, of 109 Ormond Village in Destrehan, was arrested Oct. 11 and charged with DWI, reckless operation, driving without license, possession an open container of alcohol in vehicle, possession of alprazolam and is a fugitive with a JPSO attachment.
• Jonathan Paredes, 30, of 3500 39th St. in West Park, Fla., was arrested Oct. 11 and charged with DWI, hit and run, aggravated flight from officer, resisting arrest and reckless operation.
• Brandy Lehnig, 37, of 516 St. Charles St. in Norco, was arrested Oct. 9 and charged with two counts of theft of items valued between $750 and $5,000, theft of items valued less than $750 and had two SCSO attachments.
