Arrests
• Fredrick Jackson, 17, of 2321 Jena St. in New Orleans, was arrested July 1 and charged with negligent homicide and reckless operation.
• Bailey Picou, 17, of 100 Lance Lane in Luling was arrested on June 30 and charged with negligent homicide.
• Stacy Lawson, 44, of 106 Dianne Drive in St. Rose, was arrested June 30 and charged with attempted manslaughter.
• Jacqueline Bryant, 46, of 250 Marcia Drive of Luling, was arrested June 30 and charged with DWI.
• Marco Rowel, 33, of 500 Turtle Creek Lane in St. Rose, was arrested June 30 and charged with possession of schedule III narcotics, possession of marijuana and disturbing the peace.
• Troy Stogner, 40, of 9130 Gentilly Road in New Orleans, was arrested June 30 and charged with theft of $500-$1500 and criminal damage to a coin operated device. He is a fugitive in Florida and in Ascension Parish. Thefts
• A washing machine and dryer were stolen from 115 Oak Street in Luling on June 29.
• A skid steer and fork lift attachment were stolen from 145 James Drive East in St. Rose on June 29.
