Arrests

•Garnet D. Marshall, Jr., 28, of 200 Sunset Ct. #74 in Hahnville, was arrested on Oct. 8 and charged with possession with intent to distribute crack cocaine, possession of cocaine, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, and use of a controlled substance in the presence of juveniles.

•Pernal Brumfield, Jr., 24, of 194 Tower Ln. in Montz, was arrested on Oct. 8 and charged with possession with intent to distribute crack cocaine, possession with intent to distribute marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

•Darrell D. Videau, 27, of 1421 Lake Calis Dr. in Baton Rouge, was arrested on Oct. 15 and charged with a DWI, open container and driving without a license.

•David Herb, 26, of 3625 N. Huson St. in Tacoma, Wash., was arrested on Oct. 16 and charged with DWI and driving in roadway lane traffic.

•Maurice Deberry, 19, of 360 Adam St. in Killona, was arrested on Oct. 13 and charged with simple burglary of an inhabited dwelling.

Theft

•Assorted tools, valued at $240, were stolen from 727 Paul Maillard Rd. in Luling on Oct. 14.

•A bicycle, valued at $140, was stolen from 213 Mockingbird St. in St. Rose on Oct. 15.

•A Playstation 3, an X-Box 360 and $160 in U.S. currency were stolen from 301 Turtle Creek Ln. in St. Rose on Oct. 15.

•A cell phone, valued at $230, was stolen from 200 Tiger Dr.  in Boutte on Oct. 15.

•A cell phone, valued at $200, was stolen from 405 Alpha Dr. in Destrehan on Oct. 13.

•A laptop computer, a U.S. passport, prescription medication and assorted tools, total value of $4,050, were stolen out of a vehicle in front of 1057 Paul Maillard Rd. in Luling.
