Arrests
•Patricia C. Breeding, 51, of 112C Billings Ave. in Boutte, was arrested on Feb. 20 and charged with D.W.I., resisting an officer, open container and speeding.
•Irma D. Breaux, 52, of 14193 U.S. 90 in Boutte, was arrested on Feb. 21 and charged with D.W.I. and reckless operation.
•Brandon Scott, 25, of 907 Paul Fredrick St. in Luling, was arrested on Feb. 25 and charged with 2nd degree battery and SCSO attachment on a warrant that was issued in December 2009.
•Chance C. Voros, 34, of 431 Monsanto Drive in Luling, was arrested on Feb. 18 and charged with forgery and theft over $500 (2 cts.).
•Michael St. Amant, 49, of 318 Maloney Road in Des Allemands, was arrested on Feb. 21 and charged with obscenity after allegedly exposing himself to a neighbor.
•Darrell Preston, 26, of 1122 Kinler St. in Luling, was arrested on Feb. 24 and charged with cruelty to animals after his 2-year-old pit bull was found deceased in a square chain link pin and appeared to be extremely emaciated.
•Donald R. Brown, 24, of 183 S. Kinler St. in Boutte, was arrested on Feb. 24 and charged with possession of stolen property over $500 and FUG/JPSO.
•Jimmie H. Smith, 25, of 2024 Paine Drive in Marrero, was arrested on Feb. 25 and charged with theft over $500.
Theft
•A 2009 Outlander, total value of $11,000 was stolen from 897 Magnolia Ridge Road in Boutte on Feb. 22.
•An audio system box speaker, total value of $150, was stolen from 499 Estay Lane in Paradis on Feb. 22.
•A cell phone, total value of $250, was stolen from 279 Meadows Drive in Destrehan on Feb. 21.
•A laundry dryer and assorted documents, total value of $400, were stolen from 351 Alice St. in Ama on Feb. 20.
•A 2004 Chevrolet 1500, total value of $10,000, was stolen from 400 Barton Ave. in Luling on Feb. 20.
•A cell phone and a purse containing assorted ID cards, total value of $260, were stolen from 12519 U.S. 61 in Destrehan on Feb. 20.
•A handgun, assorted U.S. currency, a piece of plywood and a metal cash box were stolen from 11698 LA 48 in St. Rose on Feb. 20.
•A water meter with additional pipes, total value of $2,000, was stolen from 1000 block of Riverbend Drive in St. Rose on Feb. 18.
•A water pump, total value of $100, was stolen from 10151 Airline Hwy. in St. Rose on Feb. 17.
•A tailgate, total value of $100, was stolen off of a vehicle at 122 Refuge Drive in Luling on Feb. 17.
•A bag containing assorted ID/Credit cards, U.S. currency and documents was stolen out of a vehicle at 1354 Paul Maillard Road in Luling on Feb. 22.
•A farm tractor, a finishing mower and a front end loader were stolen from 10387 River Road in Ama on Feb. 23.
•A revolver, total value of $350, was stolen out of a vehicle at 344 Woodland Drive in Boutte on Feb. 23.
•A laptop computer, total value of $500, was stolen out of a vehicle at 309 Ormond Oaks Drive in Destrehan on Feb. 24.
•A boat with a 25 HP Mercury motor, total value of $2,500, was stolen from 173056 U.S. 90 in Des Allemands on Feb. 24.
•Four tires and rims, total value of $800, were stolen from 13425 LA 18 in Luling on Feb. 24.
