Arrests
• Andrew Dwyer, 56, was arrested July 16 in Luling and charged with domestic abuse battery/minor injuring.
• Jahshuana Brown, 22, was arrested July 13 in Hahnville and charged with domestic abuse – aggravated assault/child endangerment and domestic abuse battery/child endangerment.
• Brian Torres, 57, was arrested July 12 in St. Rose and charged with domestic abuse battery/child endangerment. He was a fugitive with an attachment.
• Jorge Gonzalez, 44, was arrested July 13 in Norco and charged with illegal possession of stolen things.
• Christian Orr, 26, was arrested July 14 in Luling and charged with theft-felony.
