Arrests
• Marcos Rodriguez-Diaz, 19, was arrested July 10 in Des Allemands and charged with forgery of a certificate of insurance or insurance ID card, security required, novelty or unofficial credentials, owner to secure registration and driver must be licensed.
• Ethan Sevin, 20, was arrested July 9 in Paradis and charged with battery of a dating partner – minor injury.
• Tyree Jones, 26, was arrested July 8 in Killona and charged with simple criminal damage to property, telephone communications – improper language/harassment, and simple battery.
• Larry Horton, 37, was arrested July 8 in Taft and charged with hit and run driving.
• Michael Celius, 21, was arrested July 8 in St. Rose and charged with possession of marijuana, possession or distribution of drug paraphernalia, expired or cancelled license plate, evidence of compulsory motor vehicle liability security contained in vehicle, expired motor vehicle inspection, attachment arrests, and driver must be licensed.
