Suspects are innocent until proved guilty in a court of law
Arrests
• Michael Doherty Jr., 32, of 253 Clayton Drive in Norco, was arrested June 23 and charged with first-degree rape and felony carnal knowledge of a juvenile.
• Michael Williams, 28, of 504 Belle Ormond Circle in Destrehan, was arrested June 26 and charged with domestic abuse battery/child endangerment.
• Gean Washington Jr., 55, of 115 Ponderosa Lane in Boutte, was arrested June 20 and charged with failure to register and notify as a sex offender. He was a fugitive with an attachment.
• Elliot Jasmin, 41, of 1700 Vintage Drive in Kenner, was arrested June 26 and charged with possession of suboxone, possession of marijuana, traffic violation and distribution of heroin. He was a fugitive (four counts).
• Leopold Larousse, 44, of Raceland, was arrested June 26 and charged with possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine, traffic violation and resisting an officer.
