Arrests
•Richard L. Ridings, 46, of 355 Azalea Drive in Waggaman, was arrested on Aug. 7 and charged with D.W.I. and reckless operation.
•Darrell E. Kimble, 35, of 107 Ormond Village in Destrehan, was arrested on Aug. 7 and charged with D.W.I.
•Jackson T. Habeck, 31, of 9016 Moser Ave. in Ocean Springs, Miss., was arrested on Aug. 7 and charged with D.W.I., open container and littering on highway.
•Kirk A. Friloux, 38, of 187 Vidal St. in Ama, was arrested on Aug. 9 and charged with D.W.I., improper control of vehicle and suspended driver’s license.
•Sarah R. Scalise, 34, of 562 St. Charles St. in Norco, was arrested on Aug. 6 and charged with possession of stolen property over $500 and vehicle required headlamps.
•Eric Pierre, 38, of 1730 LA 52 in Boutte, was arrested on Aug. 9 and charged with 2nd degree battery.
•Craig A. Foglesong, 29, of 3414 Kings Mountain Drive in Kingwood, was arrested on Aug. 8 and charged with D.W.I. and reckless operation.
•Matthew S. Castillion, 24, of 229 Cypress Ville in Gheens, was arrested on Aug. 8 and charged with D.W.I. and expired driver’s license.
•Bruce Butler, 44, of 433 Longview Drive in Destrehan, was arrested on Aug. 6 and charged with D.W.I., reckless operation, possession of a CDS – SCH II and possession of a CDS – SCH V.
•Charles E. Tobias, 41, of 504 E. Club Drive in St. Rose, was arrested on Aug. 4 and charged with armed robbery and armed robbery with the use of a firearm.
•Neil A. Romano, 52, of 152 Tioga Fork Road in Craigsville, W. Va., was arrested on Aug. 4 and charged with attempted carnal knowledge of a juvenile.
•Andrew Jackson Jr., 31, 975 Paul Fredrick St. in Luling, was arrested on Aug. 8 and charged with relative to distribution of crack cocaine.
•Steven W. Tomak, 22, of 7463 Hancock Drive in Bay St. Louis, Miss., was arrested on Aug. 4 and charged with possession of Marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, contributing to the delinquency of a juvenile, possession of stolen auto and illegal use of a CDS in the presence of a juvenile.
•Marvin McPherson, 19, of 117 Oxford Place in Waveland, Miss., was arrested on Aug. 4 and charged with possession of Marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, contributing to the delinquency of a juvenile, possession of stolen auto and illegal use of a CDS in the presence of a juvenile.
•Jonathan McPhail, 25, of 303 Johnson St. in St. Rose, was arrested on Aug. 4 and charged with possession of Lorcet, possession of Valium, no seat belt and suspended driver’s license.
•Daniel C. Wainwright, 25, of 52144 South Evans Road in Independence, was arrested on Aug. 10 and charged with D.W.I. and reckless operation.
Theft
•A bicycle, total value of $150, was stolen from 131 West Heather Drive in Luling on Aug. 8.
•A weed eater and a blower, total value of $574.00, were stolen from 535 Mockingbird Lane in St. Rose on Aug. 8.
•Two bicycles, total value of $200, were stolen from 415 West B St. in Norco on Aug. 6.
•A 1993 Chevy Silverado was stolen from 101 Bernard Ave. in Ama on Aug. 8.
•A 2002 Pontiac, total value of $7,000, was stolen from 200 James Drive in St. Rose on Aug. 5.
•200 feet of black welding leads, total value of $800, were stolen form 370 Lower Guide Levee Road in Norco on Aug. 5.
•A Pandora bracelet, total value of $600, was stolen from 13581 LA 621 in Boutte on Aug. 5.
•A safe, two glass plates and assorted U.S. currency were stolen from 428 Ellen St. in Ama on Aug. 5.
•A 21” bicycle, total value of $250, was stolen from 219 Madewood Drive in Destrehan on Aug. 10.
•A hand gun, total value of $100, was stolen from 600 E. Club Drive in St. Rose on Aug. 10.
•A purse containing assorted credit cards and ID cards was stolen out of a vehicle at 908 Kinler St. in Luling on Aug. 9.
