Suspects are innocent until proved guilty in a court of law

Arrests

•Fred W. Cortez, 47 of 172 Ridge Road in Des Allemands, was arrested on Nov. 17 and charged with possession of SCH IV – Alprazolam and theft over $500.

•Morris Honor, 31, of 270 Magnolia Ridge Road in Boutte, was arrested on Nov. 22 and charged with distribution of SCH I – Marijuana, possession of SCH II – Cocaine, possession of drug paraphernalia and simple battery.

•Lindsey N. Cash, 17, of 15303 LA 631 in Paradis, was arrested on Nov. 30 and charged with attempted distribution of SCH II – Hydrocodone, possession with intent SCH II – Hydrocodone and possession of Marijuana.

•Justin B. Gros, 19, of 135 Red Gros Lane in Paradis, was arrested on Nov. 30 and charged with attempted possession of SCH II – Hydrocodone, possession of Marijuana, turn signal required and not driving in a single lane of traffic.

•Christopher P. Jarreaux, 35, of 129 Gassen St. in Luling, was arrested on Nov. 19 and charged with possession of Heroin, possession with intent SCH II – Oxycodone, possession of Alprazolam and possession with intent – drug paraphernalia.

•Carl J. Harris, 34, of 305 Judicary Drive in Avondale, was arrested on Nov. 19 and charged with possession of Heroin.

•Tarik T. Flot, 31, of 339 Alexander St. in Boutte, was arrested on Nov. 19 and charged with possession of Heroin.

•Kayla Folse, 22, of 3942 Highway 90 in Des Allemands, was arrested on Nov. 28 and charged with theft over $500.

•David V. Sauls, 46, of 31 E. Broad St. in Foxworth, Miss., was arrested on Nov. 29 and charged with D.W.I. and reckless operation.

•Mario Cruz Mora, 54, of 204 W. 4th St. in Cut Off, was arrested on Nov. 28 and charged with D.W.I., driver not licensed and not driving in a single lane of traffic.

•Carl Chapman, 41, of 1162 LA 631 Highway in Des Allemands, was arrested on Nov. 25 and charged with D.W.I., reckless operation and open container.

•Milton L. Slicker II, 32, of 221 LA 631 Highway in Des Allemands, was arrested on Nov. 27 and charged with D.W.I., reckless operation, improperly displaying tag, lack of registration certificate and possession of Clonazepam.

•Jacob P. Soley, 20, of 15562 River Road in Hahnville, was arrested on Nov. 28 and charged with D.W.I. and reckless operation.

•Scott E. Dickson, 48, of 222 Ormond Village in Destrehan, was arrested on Dec. 2 and charged with D.W.I. and reckless operation.

•Richard E. Sumlin Jr., 52, of 207 Sellers Ave. in Luling, was arrested on Dec. 2 and charged with D.W.I., hit and run, not driving in a single lane of traffic and open container.

•Rod J. Naquin, 27, of 116 Pleasant Valley Drive in Bayou Gauche, was arrested on Dec. 3 and charged with D.W.I. and not driving in a single lane of traffic.
