Suspects are innocent until proved guilty in a court of law

Arrests

•Kevin E. Cartens, 45, of 3509 Kent B in Metairie, was arrested on April 7 and charged with D.W.I., reckless  operation and resisting an officer.

•Louis A. Bihm, 51, of 827 Highway 140 in Pearsall, Texas, was arrested on April 7 and charged with D.W.I., stop/stand/park and open container.

•Amaryd R. Downing, 25, of 231 Sycamore Lane in Hahnville, was arrested on April 6 and charged with possession with intent/manufacturing SCH I – Marijuana, possession with intent SCH II – Crack, obstruction of justice and simple battery.

•Kiante C. Clay, 21, of 191 First St. in St. Rose, was arrested on April 4 and charged with possession with intent/manufacturing SCH I – Marijuana, possession with intent – drug paraphernalia, resisting arrest by flight, illegal use of a CDS in the presence of a juvenile and simple escape.

•Jason Hill, 32, of 245 Boutte Estates Drive in Boutte, was arrested on April 6 and charged with aggravated battery and possession of Alprazolam.

•Anthony L. Frisch, 31, of 733 Little Farms St. in Metairie, was arrested on April 7 and charged with D.W.I. and reckless operation.

•Michelle Clark, 44, of 12 Greenwood Drive in Destrehan, was arrested on April 5 and charged with D.W.I. – child endangerment, turning at intersections and improper control of vehicle.

•Bryant Hunter, 40, of 1107 Kinler St. in Luling, was arrested on April 1 and charged with attempted burglary.

•Rodney M. Smith, 31, of 3704 Pompano Drive in Pensacola, Fla., was arrested on April 9 and charged with D.W.I. and improper control of vehicle.

•Jason L. Hayes, 34, of 2520 Long Branch Drive in Marrero, was arrested on April 9 and charged with D.W.I. and reckless operation.

•Dane J. Watts, 27, of 2107 General Meyer in New Orleans, was arrested on April 8 and charged with D.W.I., operating under suspension, displaying false plate, vehicle not registered, no liability insurance, suspended driver’s license, license not kept on self and improper control of vehicle.

•Jeffrey P. Kroper, 30, of 313 Savern Ave. in Metairie, was arrested on April 9 and charged with D.W.I., possession of Methadone, reckless operation, open container and expired driver’s license.

•Keith R. Honer, 50, of 802 Primrose Drive in Luling, was arrested on April 9 and charged with D.W.I., reckless operation, open container and possession of Marijuana.

Theft

•Assorted copper, total value of $500, was stolen from 410 Boutte Estates Drive in Boutte on April 7.

•A subwoofer, total value of $400, was stolen out of a vehicle at 618 Sycamore St. in Hahnville on April 7.

•A hot water heater and copper wire, total value of $200, were stolen from 14459 LA 631 in Paradis on April 7.

•A lawn mower, total value fo $375, was stolen from 324 Gum St. in Hahnville on April 6.

•A laptop computer, total value of $731, was stolen from 11 Wagon Train Lane in St. Rose on April 6.

•A 4-wheeler, total value of $2,000, was stolen from 59 Elmwood Drive in Destrehan on April 6.

•A diamond watch, total value of $400, was stolen from 404 W. Lawson St. in New Sarpy on April 5.

•A tractor, total value of $25,000, was stolen from 16004 River Road in Norco on April 4.

•A cell phone, total value of $100, was stolen from 325 Turtle Creek St. in St. Rose on April 4.

•A lawn mower and pressure washer, total value of $700, were stolen from 218 Riverwood Estate Drive in St. Rose on April 4.

•A PowerVac and a trimmer/bush cutter, total value of $375, were stolen from 17 Cactus Lane in St. Rose on April 8.

•A break maker, rechargeable batteries and a surge supresser, total value of $155, were stolen from 306 Lac Iberville in Luling on April 8.

•A laptop computer and assorted bowling accessories, total value of $1,240, were stolen out of a vehicle at 425 Pine St. in Hahnville on April 9.
