Suspects are innocent until proven guilty

DWI

Earl LeBlanc, 130 Thoroughbred St. Montz, was arrested on July 3 and charged with D.W.I., possession of an open container, and careless operation.

Tammy Veillon, 107 Gassen Lane, Luling was arrested on July 3 and charged with D.W.I., reckless operation, no drivers license on person, and SCSO attachment.

Jose Torres, 3147 Ames Blvd. Lot 65, Marrero was arrested on July 6 for D.W.I., reckless operation, and open container.

Nicholas Nagher, 309 Oak Point Dr., LaPlace was arrested on July 7 for D.W.I. and careless operation.

Ricardo Laux, 328 Madewood Dr., Destrehan was arrested on July 7 for D.W.I., reckless operation and suspended drivers license.

Theft

2006Yamaha motorcycle, total value $5500. was stolen from 15731 U.S. Hwy. 61, Norco, on July 2.

Assorted tools, a rifle, and an undertermined amount of cash was stolen from 800 Oak St. St. Rose, on July 2.

A computer, total value $1300. was stolen from 859 E. McAdoo St. New Sarpy, on July 3.

An outboard motor, total value $3000. was stolen from 304 Bernard St. Ama, on July 4.

Assorted copper wire, total value $920 was stolen from 182 Melonie Lane, Boutte on July 5.

Unknown suspects pried open the rear door of 101 Oak Lane, Luling and removed an undertermined amount of U.S. currency out of a safe and an ATM machine on July 7. This incident is under investigation. Anyone having any information is asked to contact Detective Joe Ganote of the St. Charles Parish Sheriff’s Office at 985-783-1135 or 985-783-6807.

Assorted wood flooring, total value $500. was stolen from 133 Bethlehem St., Hahnville on July 6.

$100. in U.S. currency and a driver’s license was stolen from 13470 LA 48, Destrehan out of a vehicle on July 8.

Twenty-two framing guns, total value $8800. were stolen from 14100 Blk. of LA 18, Hahnville on July 8.

2003 Mercury Sabre, total value $10,000. was stolen from 307 River Oaks Dr., Destrehan on July 9.

A pitbull, total value $200. was stolen from 827 Milling Ave., Luling on July 9.

Arrests

The following individuals were arrested on July 3 during a joint operation involving the St. Charles Parish Sheriff’s Office and the Louisiana Probation and Parole. The charges are listed below each individual.

1. Nancy Brown, 341 Magnolia Ridge Rd., Boutte. 2 separate probation & parole violations.

2. Darren Gullage, 413 Killona Dr., Killona. Probation & parole violation, resisting arrest (fighting), possession of a Legend Drug to wit Sucralfate (114 dsg. units), possession of drug paraphernalia, 29th Judicial attachment for criminal neglect of family.

3. Khori Hall, 351 Boutte Estates Dr., Boutte. Possession with intent to distribute Schedule I CDS to wit marijuana (9.7 grams), 29th Judicial District Attachment, probation & parole violation.

4. Dwayne Hill, 352 Boutte Estates Dr., Boutte. Possession with intent to distribute Schedule I CDS to wit marijuana (6.3 grams), possession of drug paraphernalia.

5. Rodney Simoneaux, Alexander St., Boutte. Possession & parole violation.

6. Judy White, 352 Boutte Estates Rd., Boutte. Probation & parole violation.

Michael Harris, 309 Ash St. Boutte was arrested for allegedly being found in possession of Cocaine and Marijuana on July 2. He was booked accordingly.

Scott Kunsky, 130 Pine St., Boutte was arrested after allegedly being found in possession of Cocaine and Marijuana on July 2. He was booked accordingly.

Paris Allen, 200 Boutte Estates, Boutte was arrested following an altercation with an 18 year old Boutte man on July 2. During the altercation, Allen allegedly threw a knife at the victim striking him on the left side of his waist line. The victim was treated and released from St. Charles Hospital for minor injuries. Allen was arrested and booked accordingly.

Christopher C. Gul of 722 St. Rose Ave. St. Rose, Brandon Walker of 725 St. Rose, St. Rose, and Christopher A. Johnson of 401 Oak St., St. Rose were arrested on warrants that were issued on July 5 for simple burglary of an inhabited dwelling. On July 2, 2007 the above subjects were involved in a burglary which took place in St. Rose, LA. During the burglary, a rifle, assorted tools, and U.S. currency was taken. All subjects were arrested and booked accordingly.

Nick Petrou, 229 Johnson St., St. Rose was arrested on July 6 after allegedly purchased cocaine from an undercover officer. He was arrested and booked accordingly.

Bradley P. Madere, 2261 Hwy. 654, Gheens was arrested on a warrant that was issued on June 18, 2007 for theft over $500. On May 30, 2007, Madere was allegedly paid $300. by his employer for supplies and materials on a construction job. Madere was suppose to pick up the supplies and deliver them to a construction site. As of June 18, 2007, the supplies were never delivered to the construction site and Madere had not been heard from or seen. Madere was also allegedly in possession of a ladder, which belonged to his employer. Madere was arrested and booked accordingly.
